By using our website or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection page. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use BorderlessMarketer on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
BorderlessMarketer is a free weekly newsletter and website. Each issue includes remote marketing job listings outside Africa that are open to people in Nigeria and EMEA, marketing news, and practical tactics. The website also keeps an archive of past issues.
We curate information from other sources. We are not an employer, recruiter or employment agency. We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, an offer or any result from using BorderlessMarketer.
Our news and tactics are for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, career or other professional advice. Results vary, and you are responsible for how you use any tactic, including following the rules of ad platforms, search engines and your clients.
Please do not:
The issues, text, design, logo and brand are owned by BorderlessMarketer or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Job listings and news items belong to their original publishers.
You may read our content, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back to us. You may not republish full issues, sell our content, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you reply to an issue or send us suggestions, job leads or other material, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it in the newsletter and website. We will credit you if you ask. You confirm you have the right to share what you send. Please do not send confidential information.
If an issue includes sponsored content, a paid placement or an affiliate link, we will label it clearly. Appearing in BorderlessMarketer is not an endorsement of an employer, product or service.
We try to keep our content accurate and current, but BorderlessMarketer is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be complete, error free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost income or lost opportunities, or for anything that happens on third-party websites. Because BorderlessMarketer is free, our total liability for any claim connected to it is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country are not affected.
We may change or stop any part of BorderlessMarketer at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will tell subscribers by email or with a notice on the website. Continuing to use BorderlessMarketer after a change means you accept it.
You can stop using BorderlessMarketer at any time by unsubscribing. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we have a disagreement, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If that does not work, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, will have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to a court there.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page, are the whole agreement between you and BorderlessMarketer. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, that does not mean we have given it up.
